Corals

This is really a beautiful piece! There is so much to say about this, I honestly don't know where to begin. The very first thing that just truly captivated me were the corals. I really love the variety and how some were finely drawn, and others were done in the simplest form. The contrast with details and the cool/dark colors are so well put together. The very next thing I loved were the jellyfishes. I love the very gentle strokes for their tentacles and how they blend in with the background that are like the nighttime sky in the depths of the ocean.

The one thing I don't quite get is why the girl and the doe are there, it seems a little off by theme I can't help but wonder what exactly do they represent... but in a way, they don't seem explicitly out of place. The more I look at it, the more I begin to feel like they are strolling down in a SEA FOREST! (Is that what you were doing!?). Well, even if it isn't what you intended and you just put it there for the thrill of it, I still enjoy looking back at this and see the beautiful aquatic wonders you have done.

Overall with the details in the corals and jellyfishes and the very cute, very simple doe and girl, this is truly an amazingly beautiful piece!
